Signature BDevoted Fitted Fitz Short Dress in Royal Blue Bird Fabric

The Fitz Fitted Short is fun and flirty. The 3/4 Sleeves have a ruffle bell shape that are roomy for summer heat, and the top is fitted with an empire waist seam. Instead of typical gathers, I finished this short dress with a flattering Aline skirt bottom. And of course I added pockets!!!
